Jason At The Movies- Critics' Choice TV Awards 2014

Jason At The Movies rubbing elbows with the stars.

  •
I approached Scott Aukerman before the show and told him how much his shows have made me life since Melody was diagnosed. I gave him a bracelet as a reminder that his comedy helps people. He put it on and displayed it while presenting an award with Sarah Silverman.
  •
Ryan Craig and I behind Cedric the Entertainer. I'm giving the thumbs up and Cedric is giving the eyes out.
  •
Tony Hale from "Arrested Development" and "Veep". He grabbed the camera to take the pic.
  •
Thomas Middleditch from "Silicon Valley." Very funny show on HBO.
  •
Freddie Highmore from "Finding Neverland", "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" and "Bates Motel". Very sweet kid.
  •
Matthew Bomer from "Magic Mike" and "White Collar". I told he was a handsome guy in person and his "friend" didn't seem to appreciate that very much.
  •
I approached Sarah Silverman and talked to her for a minute. I asked her if I could take a picture and she said, "Sure, whatever will get this over with." My camera wouldn't work so I told her never mind. She came and found me after the show and apologized and asked if we could take a picture. I told her she is the female Rickles and it was an honor to be insulted by her.
  •
Schmidt or Max Greenfield from "New Girl".
  •
Chris Messina from "The Mindy Project". I told him "Mindy" is the only show my wife and I agree to watch together. Not true, but hey, it's Hollywood, baby.
  •
Adam Pally from "The Mindy Project". He really stole the show. I'm glad my face looks so cool in this picture.
  •
Colin Hanks who is Tom Hanks' son. I showed him my pic with his dad where Tom grabbed the camera and took the picture. So of course he followed his dad's lead, grabbed my camera and took this.
  •
Walton Coggins. Great character actor from "Justified" and "Django Unchained". We took this as he was coming out of the bathroom. I won't tell you what he told me he did in there.
  •
Angie Harmon. Or as I like to call her: Rizzolli.
  •
Scott Aukerman and his wife Kulap. Scott does a tv show and podcast called Comedy Bang Bang. He's also the creator of "Between Two Ferns" with Zach Galifianakis. To me he is a comedy gem and he couldn't have been nicer.
  •
Billy Bob Thornton. I thought for sure he would be a curmudgeon, but he was probably the nicest guy of the night. Doesn't hurt to drop a mutual friend's name that won an Oscar.
